DEFINITION
Before beginning any new work, Dao of Development will work with you to clarify, to the best possible extent, all functional and technical requirements of your product, including the identification of any unknowns, risks, or additional work you may need.
USABILITY AND DESIGN
Nothing makes an app stand out more than a simple and intuitive user interface and a clean, crisp feel. All of our apps are professionally designed to meet the highest standards of UX. We want your app to look beautiful and be easy to use.
PROTOTYPES
As we work on your app, Dao of Development will provide you with a set number prototypes of any UI components – and ask for input, recommendations, and approval – at regular intervals, for no charge. We want to make sure that you are kept up-to-date with current status and satisfied with all development.
IMPLEMENTATION
Dao of Development will provide you with the highest quality software development. We will write clean and robust code, completing all implementation in a timely manner.
ART
Your brand and your esthetic should be captured in your mobile application. We can work with your art and your designers or we can provide our own. In either case, your app will reflect you.
TESTING
We will thoroughly test each component we deliver to you. This includes the development of automated testing as well as necessary manual testing.
FINAL SIGN-OFF
We can’t wait to put together a picture-perfect app for you, and we look forward to your final testing and approval on everything we develop – particularly the UI components. As we complete various components, and prior to release, you have final sign-off on all development.
RELEASING
We will release your application to the App Store and, if necessary, we will also perform an additional maintenance release.
SUPPORT
We define support as those tasks that support the application and/or a component after delivery to correct defects and ensure that the existing system and/or business functionality continues to operate as specified and designed. If for any reason, you discover issues or bugs in a version of an application already released to the App Store, we will happily with you to get those issues fixed promptly.
ENHANCEMENTS
We define enhancements as those tasks that modify the application and/or a component after delivery in order to increase functionality and capability from the existing design. Enhancements do not include support work, but they do include:
• Application updates for future iOS versions
• Application updates future third-party SDK versions
• Performance enhancements
• Changes to the your server or website that affect previously defined components
• Changes to components that introduce functionality outside of their predefined scope.
